From the outside, our contemporary Artiss Tiyo Gas Lift Bed Frame looks absolutely plush. The premium PU leather tufted headboard and sides all exudes fine craftsmanship. But there is more to this luxurious bed frame than meets the eye. Lift up the frame and you will find acres of storage space under the wooden arched slat base. The gas lift system and hand strap enable you to effortlessly lift the bed to store all your seasonal beddings and linen such as extra quilts, pillows and comforters and more. The wooden arched slat base is also designed to flex appropriately so that it can better distribute the weight exerted on it. Overall, the bed frame is well-built with reinforced steel bars within its sturdy steel frame. Heavy-duty metal connectors keep the frame sturdy with additional central support from an adjustable centre support beam.

WHAT TO DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR HAVE ANY ISSUE?

Beddingau is offering warranty of 1 year on all products, unless stated otherwise.

It is your duty to notify Beddingau within 10 working days of receiving any damaged product which is a very rare and unfortunate case from our side.

For calming and processing your warranty you are requested to mail us on  support@beddingau.com.au . In your email please mention your order number along with the fault(s) and also some pictures, video clips and a short description of what has actually happened.

Your claim will be entertained and accessed by our warranty team and you will be contacted about next steps of the same. You are requested not to initiate return without proper approval.

In case of mishandling, mistake in installing and misuse of product(s) any refund or warranty claim will not be entertained. It is the responsibility of customer to follow guidelines provided by the seller for handling and installation of product.

WHAT OF PART OF PRODUCT IS MISSING OR BROKEN?

We at Beddingau ensure checking of product(s) before delivering but in some cases if product delivered to you misses any part or any part is broken we have provisions to help you out.

Beddingau provides replacement(s) of missing and broken parts. For the same please circle the  part(s) which needs replacement and along with that send us a photo with your order number to support@beddingau.com.au

In case if suitable part is not available we will manage full replacement or a suitable compensation of the same to you.

WHAT IF THERE IS SOME MINOR DAMAGE?

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority at Beddingau .Please provide us information about the same on  support@beddingau.com.au along with the pictures of minor defects found in product(s). Our warranty team will get back to you soon and will provide you refund or suitable compensation.

WHAT IF I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND AND I NO LONGER WANT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED?

Well we understand that happening of such incidents are normal but unfortunately we don’t have any such arrangement for refunding in case of change of mind cases. Still in some cases if you change your mind please contact us on support@beddingau.com.au stating your order number. You are requested to choose carefully as return in case of change of mind is not entertained by us.

White goods are shipped directly from the manufacturer whose policies are stricter than ours. Hence they don’t entertain any return in change of mind cases.

Our all products cannot be returned in change of mind cases due to hygiene reasons hence you are advised to choose carefully.

    They were excellent to deal with ,they were very professional and the delivery date I was rgiven was a few days earlier than they stated. Their prices were excellent as I bought a gas lift bed for an incredible low price from them, the quality of the bed is awesome too. I’d recommend this company to anyone due to my excellent experience with them. T

    Best value for money anywhere, easy to assemble, lots of storage and very light to lift, just ordered a second for spare room.

    Brought this gas lift bed as a replacement for my bed base and it was easy enough and can be put together on your own (with help is always easier) the gas struts are nice and strong which means you won’t have it closing on you when putting stuff under the bed. My only pick if you could call it that was that the Velcro on the bottom of the bed frame for the frame fabric kept sticking to my carpet, that would easily be taken care of by putting down a large enough cotton sheet before building the bed or the manufacturer putting the furry side of the Velcro on the bed base. Other then that so far it has been a fantastic bed bed, just wish I had brought one much sooner. On a final note it looks much nicer in person then the picture shows.
